You can
expect that Pangaea will:
• Perform a through Needs Analysis
prior to the start of the search
• Not engage in a search unless we are
100% convinced in our success in filling the position to your
satisfaction.
• Acknowledge that Pangaea is not a
fit for every company or hiring manager. Our targeted search approach
to recruiting is directed
at passive candidates together with a fast paced hiring
time-line. This can be
challenging for clients that are used to a
passive search processes with leisurely hiring time-lines.
• Make a substantial investment of
time to achieve a successful hire. A typical engaged or retained search
takes 250 hours for
key technical or management positions. We will spend up to 500 hours for
“C” level or
above searches.
• Be tenacious in our pursuit of the
right candidate for your opportunity.
• Give you honest feedback on the
market's perception of the Client and Client's opportunity.
• Present candidates which will be
qualified based on a specific
• Performance
Profile and who are motivated for the opportunity.
• Manage Candidates' expectations from
start to finish. .
• That Pangaea will be timely and
follow-through on our commitments.
• Provide our clients with regular feed
back and reports on the search progress.
We expect that our
Clients will:
• Work with Pangaea as partners
towards a successful staffing solution.
• Define a Hiring Team and achieve
consensus of the "Performance Profile" for a successful candidate
involving the entire hiring
team prior to the start of the search.
• Agree that the Hiring Profile will be
the basis for hire.
• Work on an appointment basis with a
regular schedule of contact.
• Agree to take our calls for urgent
events that are not anticipated by appointment.
• Work towards a hiring process that is
no more than three weeks in length from your first exposure to the
candidate to an
offer and acceptance.
• Inform Pangaea immediately of any
changes in the position or the level of urgency in filling the position.
