Retained Search
We recommend this option when
seeking to fill your most crucial positions as well as for all staffing
levels where time is a critical factor.
A Retained Search affords our
clients the following:
- we create and execute a
search strategy designed for your specific requirements
- priority, dedicated time of
the Search Consultant to fill your position(s)
- exclusivity of Retained
Search presentation
- exclusivity of developed
candidates for 30 days
- assurance that the candidate
pool has been searched in-depth
- the highest likelihood and
fastest means of filling their most urgent needs.
To initiate a Retained Search
and gain the committed time of a Search Consultant, setting aside all
other searches, a client will pay one third of the total estimated fee
upfront, one third of the total estimated fee at the submission of a
pre-agreed number of qualified candidates, usually 3 to 5, that enter
into the Client’s interview process. The final one third is due and
payable 30 days after the start date of the hired candidate.
