Project Search

A Project Search is the expansion of a retained search from one dedicated Search Consultant to a team dedicated to filling numerous positions and working solely on the behalf of the client.

Project search is used when the needs are large and a multi-placement strategy is required with an aggressive time schedule.   Upon engagement we assign a project team of dedicated recruiters led by a project manager to work exclusively on your company’s behalf.  

We work off of an agreed upon hiring agenda. We pick a date with you when you are ready to interview, and we work toward delivering qualified individuals on that date ensuring your success in meeting crucial deadlines for start-ups and product launches.

Project fees are determined after a consultation with a client and are based on the degree of difficulty of the search and scope of work you want accomplished.  We work on a project basis, with one-third of the total estimated fee paid up front to engage the services.   In most cases project pricing is realized when 20 or more positions are part of a hiring project.
