Our Contingency Search is
designed for companies that want to see qualified candidates with whom
we are currently working, but do not want a devoted effort due to lower
urgency to fill a position.
A Contingency Search gains
our clients the following:
- access to candidates that we
are currently working with that fit their job requirements
- presentation of the client’s
position to candidates that are not a fit for our retained or engaged
searches
- there is no cost to the
client unless one of Pangaea’s candidates are hired
To initiate a Contingency Search
a simple fee agreement is signed by both parties acknowledging that if
one of Pangaea’s candidates is hired a fee will be paid.
